The problem is marines are grossly overpowered in the early game. LMGs are far too powerful, and marines can easily take and hold any semi-open area, unless lag kicks in. Mass skulks vs mass marines = lots of dead skulks, unless there is HUGE lag, in which case the outcome is random and thus pretty close to mutal destruction. LMGs are as bad as Fades , just currently there’s generally too much lag to take advantage of them.
